Introduction
We are all related. Granted, some a lot closer than others, but a number of visitors to this site will be here because they have found an intersection between my research and their own. Generally, as a population, the further we go back in time, the more we have in common.

My own, personal family tree is continually evolving and in my spare time I delve deeply into individual ancestors, their families, and the places they lived. Articles and essays presented here are fully sourced and I would encourage readers to make use of them where pertinent.

These articles are also living documents, in that they can be updated as new information presents itself. If you have any research that may add to or correct the information presented herein, please do not hesitate to contact me. As a dutiful historian, correct representation of facts always trumps any theories or errors I may have made, and I am certainly not above acknowledging my mistakes!

If you've found anything in my research helpful in a major way, do let me know, or perhaps buy me a coffee.
